Things to know before appointment 

  • Please come makeup free around your eyes with squeaky clean lashes; if not please be prepared to clean lashes with makeup remover that will be provided.  

  • No coffee, caffeine, energy drinks within 2 hours of your lash or eyebrow appointment.
  • Foreign refills are never guaranteed and may require more frequent refills. 
  • Your very first lash appointment will be the longest, there will be a short consultation to make sure we get the desired look you are achieving.

  • We do except walk-ins but there are no guarantees as most of our appointments are by appointment.  (Please look at our availability and schedule an appointment online) 

  • All appointments start at your start time, if you are more then 15 minutes late this is taking away from your lash time and may result in lashes not being full you may be asked to reschedule.

  • If you have lash shedding after an appointment, we offer a free touchup before 2 days. After two days a charge will be applied. A photo must be sent via text message, and we must be notified before the 3rd day.  If you book an appointment with us and cancel last minute for any reason it is considered a "no show" as the appointment time is not able to be filled in last minute.

  • Come relaxed and ready to take a lash nap. We look forward to serving you 

  • When booking Microblading or Ombre powder brows please send photos of eyebrows to (813)838-4979 before booking if you've had previous work done by another artist.

  • You must not be on any blood thinners to get this service done. 

  • A courtesy touch up is given as long as you book your appointment touch up within the 4-6 weeks for microblading and 6–8-week period for Ombre powder brows. The curtesy touch up does not apply if you've received any specials. It is your responsibility to book your appointment. If you do not book a touch up within the 4-6 or 6-8 weeks a touch up fees will apply. 

  • Please keep in mind that ANY cancellations that are not given 24-hour notice will have to pay full amount of service before rebooking for any service.  If you No show or cancel same day 100% of service fee will be charged  

  • Please always cancel 24 hours ahead of time so we are able to fill your spot.

  • There are no refunds no exceptions we do offer store credit or Gift cards if applicable.

  • If you are getting your lashes done but have current lashes on from somewhere else, please book a foreign refill.
