Things to know before appointment
Our mission is to provide our clients with the best service and highest quality products. We make sure to always keep up with the latest trends and techniques. At The Lash Studio, we prioritize the health of our clients' natural lashes. That's why we ask that all clients come makeup free around their eyes, with squeaky clean lashes. If that is not possible, We will provide makeup remover so that the lashes can be properly cleansed prior to the appointment. We look forward to helping you look and feel your best.
Q1: What should I avoid consuming before my lash or eyebrow appointment?
A1: We recommend avoiding coffee, caffeine, and energy drinks within 2 hours of your lash or eyebrow appointment.
Q2: What should I do to prepare for my appointment?
A2: We recommend that you come to your appointment with clean, dry and makeup-free eyelashes and brows. For best results, make sure your lashes and brows are free from any oil-based products.
Q3: How long will my lash or eyebrow appointment take?
A3: Depending on the look you are trying to achieve, your appointment will take anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours.
Q4: Can I book a refill appointment if I have lashes on from another lash studio?
A4: Yes, you would book a foreign refill when booking online. That lets your artist know that you have lashes on from somewhere else. Foreign refills are not guaranteed and may be changed to a full set depending on the quality of the current lashes.
Q5: Do you accept k-ins?
A5: We do take walk-ins, but it is not guaranteed it is best to call the salon for openings or book online.
Q6: What is your cancellation policy?
A6: We require 24- hour notice for cancellations. Any cancellations made on the same day or within our 24-hour cancellation window is considered a "no show". A Cancellation fee of 100% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file.
Q7: What is your refund policy?
A7: We do not offer refunds there are no exceptions to this. We do offer store credit or gift cards if applicable.
Q8: What if I am running more then 15 minutes late to my scheduled appointment?
A8: All appointments start at your scheduled appointment time if you are more then 15 minutes late this will cut into your lash time and may result in your lashes not being as full. You may be asked to reschedule, and a fee may be applied?
Q9: What if I have extreme lash shedding?
A9: We offer a free touch up within 2 days. After 2 days a charge will be applied. A photo must be sent via text message, and we must be notified within those 2 days.
Q10: Do I need to know anything before booking a microblading, Ombre powder brow or Lip Blush procedure?
A10: Before booking this procedure, you can send a photo of your eyebrows/ lips to (813) 838-4979 to make sure you are a good candidate. You also must not be on any blood thinners to get this service done.
