Q: Do I need a consultation before booking a lash extension appointment? 

A: No. When you book your appointment, we will do quick consultation before beginning. During this time, we will evaluate what set will go best with your eye shape. 

Q: How do I know which lash set is best for me?

A: You can view photos of each lash set on our websites under the appointment tab. If it's your first time and you want a natural look, we suggest you book a classic or light hybrid lash set. When you arrive, we can answer all of your lash questions. 

Q: Who should I book my Lash appointment with? 

A: All of our lash artist has lash training and are trained to give you top quality lash extensions. You can book with anyone of our artist. We only use high quality products. 

Q: Why do I have to put a card on file if I am paying cash?

A: Every appointment booked must have a valid card on file for no show protection. Your card will not be charged as long as you show up to your appointment.  

 

Q: What is your cancellation policy in general and for COVID?

A: We have a strict cancellation policy of 24-hour cancellation notice.  If you do not give us 24 hours' notice even for covid or any emergencies, you will still be charged the cancellation fee. 

Q: I am new to the area and have lashes on from another lash artist can I still book a refill, or do I have to get a new set?

A: Anyone that has lashes on from another lash artist can still book a refill service under the FOREIGHN REFILL as long as you have quality lashes matching our quality and you still have at least 40% of lashes on and not grown out. 

Q: Can I call to schedule an appointment?

A: All appointments must be booked through our online website under the appointment tab. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us at our salon at (813)395-5005 we will be happy to answer any of your questions.  

Q: What if I want to pay cash?

A: Cash is preferred. The card on file will not be used as payment unless you no show. After your appointment is finished you can choose your method of payment.

 

Q: I am new to getting lash extensions what do I need to know before my appointment?

A: First off welcome to the lash world!! You want to come to your appointment makeup free to ensure your lashes will last as long as possible. You also want to make sure you don't drink coffee or energy drinks before your appointment to avoid your eyes from twitching. Come ready to relax this service is meant to be relaxing. 

 

Q: What is the aftercare for eyelash extensions?

A:

1.After your lash appointment you want to avoid getting your lashes wet for 12-24 hours to ensure the glue has set completely.

2.You want to avoid saunas, oil-based moisturizers, extreme sweating, and mascara of any kind on your lashes.

3.You should also avoid waterproof eyeliners near your lash line.

4.You want to Avoid sleeping on your face and picking your lashes. 

5. You should Brushing your lashes 2x a day preferably once in the morning and when you get out the shower and whenever else you may need to.

6. Cleaning your lashes is an important part of having lash extensions infections can occur if lashes are not cleaned properly and daily.
